Thinking Caps😎

This year we held our fantastic fundraising event known as the Hazlehead Wipeout. We successfully managed to raise over £4000 for new learning resources for our pupils. We will be making some exciting purchases when we return to school after the summer break.

In the new term we will need to get our thinking caps on again. Take a little time today to try and think of any new, fun and exciting ways we could raise money for our school. You could draw pictures or write your ideas down and share these with your teacher.

Grow Together

  • Today we are teaming up with the Community group. Have a look at the Community group page for the activity.

Happy messages

  • Our school community having been leaving beautiful ribbons and notes attached to the gates of the school. If you haven't seen this yet, we would like you to pay the school a visit and check it out. If you can, please add your own ribbon or message.

Alice's Garden

On one of your daily walks, please go by the school and next to the pedestrian school gate at the front entrance will be a collection of stones.

Choose a stone to take home and decorate with a message about one of our school values.

When we return to school we will seal the stones to weatherproof them and then place them in the garden area for remembering Mrs Farquharson.

In the meantime you can send photos of your stones to Ms Beard at gw08beardchristine@ab-ed.org We will add photos onto the site if you tell her you want them here.
