Why (this "crazy" hypothesis) ?

The up-coming question is:
*Why* can they WAIT 500 years or more (input fx 1000 years, 3000-2000) ?
(why don't they tell us this good-news immediately)
The answer is perhaps this:
If You shall use more than 600 bytes (>4800 bits, 1 byte = 8 bits) to make a
report about Your-self (and send it out through a radio-lighthouse to many
"customers"), You *must* compress Your information, so that You can say in
only óne pulse more that just a 1-bit (for instance 8-bit in onle óne
pulse).
The SETI-test-program is build-up like this. We use the *time* to compress
the data, but then we also must send the signal out step-by-step.
If we shall use fx. 500 years to send our message, then the pulse-interval
is around ...
600 Bytes / 500 years = 1,2 years.
If the pulse-interval is 7 years, then the information can be received in
about ...
600 Bytes * 7 years = 4200 years.
If the pulse-interval is 50 years, then the information can be received in
about ...
600 Bytes * 50 years = 30000 years.
So - the hypothesis is, that they (ET) have NOT received all the
information, yet !!!
And maybe also are *missing* the start-up, and therefore can't understand
it, yet !!!
After fx. 600 pulse a new round of the hole information will be send out,
and when the count comes to where You were "login'ed", You then got the hole
information. That's the plan (I guess) ... :-)
