Well - a nuclear-bomb (in space) is different from a star, because its
spectra is like this (perhaps):
0 = a star (with its shell (peel), Hydrogen and Helium).
1 = a nucelar-bomb (*without* a shell).

I guess, the ET-program (inside the Bible) is a SETI-searchstring. The
syntax of this is maybe to *understand* the biological life in the Universe,
