Group Mobility to Finland — 6th to 13th May

In an exciting development, fourteen students and four teachers from two Portuguese schools are set to embark on an Erasmus+ school education mobility trip to Tyrnävä in Finland. The trip, which will take place from 6th to 13th May, will see nine students from Agrupamento de Escolas de Vale de Ovil and three from Agrupamento de Escolas de Eiriz participate in a variety of activities promoting participation, multiculturalism, tolerance and language skills.

This mobility program follows the visit of twenty-one Finnish students and four teachers from Kuulammen Koulu to Agrupamento de Escolas de Vale de Ovil one year ago, marking the second stage of a common Erasmus+ Project titled "The more the variety, the richer the society."

During their time in Tyrnävä, the students and teachers will have the opportunity to interact with Finnish students and teachers and experience the unique culture and customs of the region. They will also participate in a range of workshops and activities designed to enhance their language skills and foster greater understanding of different cultures.

This Erasmus+ school education mobility is a fantastic opportunity for the Portuguese students and teachers to broaden their horizons and gain new experiences and skills that will benefit them for years to come. The trip is a testament to the power of international cooperation and collaboration in promoting education and cultural exchange.
