Carolina's Week
My Mobility in Mnichovo Hradiště, Czech Republic
27th to 31st March
Weekend: We arrived in Mnichovo Hradiště around 13:30 pm; I met my host family and went out to have lunch with them, we walked around and then we went and hung out with our friends. On Sunday I woke up at 10 am and went for a walk with my host family... we saw some castles and historical buildings and, in the afternoon, we went bowling with our friends (I happen to be terrible at bowling).
Monday: We spent Monday at school, the hosts showed us the classrooms and we ate lunch in the school canteen, after that, we went to attend a lecture about sustainability and emissions and I delivered a presentation about it on the Portuguese wine and the Czech Beer.
Tuesday: Tuesday was my favorite day, we went ice skating, and I loved it, we ate lunch at a local restaurant in Svijany and had a visit to the Svijany brewery and then went to Ještěd and there was a lot of snow, we played with it and took a lot of pictures.
Wednesday: Wednesday was a really fun day. We went to IQ Landia in Leberec and walked around the exhibition and then at 13 pm we had a show about science in which we would help the presenter with the show. It was a lot of fun!

Thursday: On Thursday we went rock climbing in the morning. On the top of the mountain we had a beautiful view over the plain, but I was tired afterwards, we spent the afternoon at our houses with our host and some of our friends. At the end of the day, we had our farewell party. We had music, traditional food and a lot of fun.
Friday: We went to Prague on Friday! it’s a beautiful city! We saw the Prague astronomical clock and the Easter Market, and we ate a lot of street food. Unfortunately, at the end of the day we had to say our goodbyes to the hosts.
