This 1975 split-level home was filled with character, but due for an upgrade, especially when it came to the kitchen and bathroom. First Finishers relocated the pantry, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher and range and reconfigured the electrical layout. Engineering was required to remove a section of the kitchen wall and expand the footprint. This created a huge open floor plan between the living room and kitchen, tied together with laminate flooring installed by the homeowner. The entry features new tile and a new live edge top.

The small bathroom had a private shower and toilet area. First Finishers moved the toilet and expanded the area for a full walk-in shower with tile walls and frameless glass with a free-standing tub. They swapped out the vanity with new shaker cabinets and new made-to-order sinks.
