Bath $60,001 - $80,000

Phase II, Inc.

This bathroom read like a history book from the 80’s. The owner’s suite bathroom was cramped and divided into two rooms. Too many fixtures were jammed into the area not considering the space needed to adequately use those fixtures comfortably and efficiently. Odd-sized floor-to-ceiling tile with dark wide grout was everywhere and the fixtures were worn and tired.

The bathroom was completely deconstructed to meet the owners’ needs and expectations. A new more user-friendly layout was designed. A dream walk-in steam shower complete with a seat and custom shampoo and utility niche was designed to the client’s preferences. The windows were enlarged, and now the room is flooded with soothing and mood-elevating natural light.

The double vanity provides ample counter space, and the addition of vertical storage provides both users with their own space. Additional electrical was added inside the vanities for a pull-out shelf charging station for daily needed utensils to keep them off the counter and out of sight. The custom cabinetry allows the use of every cubic inch for storage. Quartz was chosen for the counters, shower seat and niche shelves, giving a luxurious yet durable element. The heated luxury tile floor and calming finishes elevate this bathroom to levels of relaxation that rival the most impressive spa, right in their own home.  Goodbye 80s – hello Zen retreat.
