The map below provides identification of owners of all  land in current use or owned by the Town of Eaton.  The ownership of all other parcels is also provided.  This information is accurate as of the summer of 2023.

For land in current use the acreage in current use is also provided.  In practice this may be less than the total acreage of the lot because land immediately surrounding a house or business will not be in current use.

On these maps the current use acreage may be listed as greater than the total acreage of the lot.  This is due to the fact that the information comes from different sources.  The lots displayed here have been adjusted to aerial photography features such as roads, streams, and apparent boundaries visible from the air.  The acreage for the lots is calculated from these adjusted boundaries.  The current use acreage is based on recorded acreage from tax records.
