Our bonds are our strength!
In Dracovix ARPG, we highly encourage players creating and writing stories together with their characters interacting, and one way to do this is through the Bonding system.
By collaborating on certain prompts designed for character and relationship building between two dracovix, you can raise the Bond level between the two dracovix, and that Bond level will come into play whenever those two dracovix are rolled in activities and expeditions, netting both owners a variety of bonuses! Bond rank S grants the two dracovix some buffs when they are bred together.
There are four levels of Bond that a dracovix can have with another dracovix: C, B, A, and S. You must complete these bond ranks in order from C to S, but lore-wise, they do not have to be in chronological order, and you can pick any prompt from the prompt list to complete any of the bond ranks, as long as you don't do a single prompt twice.
Your dracovix can have bond rank C, B, and A with an unlimited number of other dracovix, but can only have an S rank bond with one other dracovix. The nature of your dracovix's bond can be platonic, familial, or romantic, decided by the players, and with the prompt adjusted to accommodate if necessary. Not all prompts can be adjusted from romantic to platonic or familial or vice versa, though, depending on the nature of the relationship. You can bond your dracovix to another dracovix that you own or one owned by another player, with that player's consent!
All bond art entries must be colored, rendered, and have a background, and all written entries must be 1200 words at minimum.
When bonding two dracovix that you own, you must create the entry yourself, and when bonding dracovix owned by yourself and another player, you and that player must collaborate through an art collab or through play-by-post roleplay. The entry must roughly cover the prompt's story, and literature entries shouldn't need much additional context. Each bonding entry can only be for two dracovix at a time. You can include additional dracovix characters and write their relationship to the main pair being developed, but only the main pair being bonded can have the entry count for their bond rank-up.

How did your dracovix's first ever meeting go? Was it love at first sight, or did they get off on the wrong foot at first? What were they doing at the time?
Draw or write the first time your dracovix met each other.
One day, your dracovix noticed something about another that caught their attention... and sparked their admiration. Was it their good looks when they flexed their wings? How skillfully they fought in a duel? An act of true kindness and virtue? Or maybe that flirtatious pick-up line hit home! Your dracovix didn't realize they were that kind of person before, but now.... they see them in a new light.
Draw or write the moment when another dracovix earned the admiration of your dracovix.
Someone needed a favor, big or small, and their friend or friend-to-be was the one who stepped up.
Draw or write a moment in which your dracovix did a favor for another dracovix or asked them a favor of their own.
The quickest way to earn friendship points is giving a little gift! Was it for a special occasion, or just something nice just because? And did the recipient like it, or did they awkwardly thank the gift giver even though it's mushroom cake and their friend didn't know they HATE mushrooms?
Draw or write your dracovix giving a gift to their friend or lover or being given a gift.
It's the big moment, your dracovix has a crush and gathers the courage to ask their crush out. How does the other dracovix react?
Draw or write the moment when your dracovix confessed their feelings to another dracovix.
Your dracovix, either through planning or after bumping into each other on happenstance, share a special moment together, deepening their relationship.
Draw or write a moment when your dracovix went on a date with each other.
Relationships aren't easy, and sometimes two dracovix friends will disagree as their beliefs clash. Do they argue, or do they firmly talk it out? Do they make up later? Do they forgive each other, or do they temporarily break up?
Draw or write your dracovix navigating an argument. While this prompt can be left on a note implying that the dracovix pair broke up, but will probably get back together or work it out later, it can't exactly be the finale of their relationship, else they wouldn't have a bond anymore.
Sometimes a relationship is not accepted by the society you live in, and through all the hardships, you defy those who think your love (or friendship) should not be so.
Draw or write how the two dracovix overcame the judgement of their society and made the choice to be together and support each other still.
Many dracovix are surprisingly sensitive, empathetic beings, and will grow emotionally attached to other creatures and dracovix. Naturally, sticking one's neck out to help another comes easy for these heroic souls, especially when it's a matter of life and death.
Draw or write a moment in which one of the two dracovix saved the life of the other from danger or worse.
At some point after a time of courting, two dracovix may be able to see their future with each other in it indefinitely, and make the decision to be partners for life.
Draw or write the moment in which one of the two dracovix asks the other to be with them for life.
Some newly paired dracovix have very specific dreams for their future when it comes to having offspring, and it's important for their partners to be on the same page.
Draw or write your two dracovix negotiating and planning their family. Do they want 2.5 kids? A hundred? Or no crotch goblins at all lest hell freezes over?
When a dracovix's partner falls ill or gets injured, one of many surefire ways to say "I love you" is caring for them in their time of need.
Draw or write your dracovix taking care of or tending to their partner who has fallen ill or gotten hurt, physically or emotionally.
Am i gregnant?
How does the dracovix's partner react to the big news and their future status as a parent? Does your dracovix try to keep it a secret for a time?
Draw or write your dracovix finding out or breaking the news to their partner that they are expecting a litter, or the moments where your dracovix took care of their partner during the pregnancy.
One of the most exciting moments for a new couple is bringing their first offspring into the world. Partnered dracovix will usually support each other through their kit raising efforts, sharing all parenting responsibilities until their kits reach juvenile age and begin being raised by the whole dracovix community.
Draw or write the moment when your dracovix couple welcomed their own kit(s) into the world. The kits do not need to be officially imported dracovix that actually exist, or they can be your dracovix's actual offspring.
Your dracovix have not seen each other for a long time, even in dracovix time! How do they feel about seeing each other again? Relief? Longing? Did they miss each other?
Draw or write a moment in which your dracovix hasn't seen an old friend or lover in a long time and gets to meet them again. How did it go?
