40 Years of Drama

For one day only our exhibition will be open from 10am to 3pm.

Take a trip down memory lane and celebrate four decades of creativity at the Downderry and Seaton Village Hall! 

We are opening our archives to showcase the incredible history of the Village Hall Drama Group. 

Come and explore a treasure trove of memorabilia from the last 40 years of local productions, including: photos capturing moments on and off the stage and see how many people you recognise, original programmes for many of the shows that have graced our stage, props that have brought our stories to life and stunning costumes from the elaborate to the everyday, worn by generations of local performers. 

Whether you've been in the spotlight, worked behind the scenes, or simply enjoyed the performances from the audience, this exhibition is a wonderful way to celebrate our shared cultural heritage.

Entry is free and there will be hot and cold drinks and a reasonably priced bar.
