Warren is a studious and hard-working individual. For the most part, achieving academic success has been his main focus for the past three years of his life. To this end, he spends a lot of time studying, doing extracurricular assignments, and generally trying to build up his resume. He hopes to get into Yale or Harvard upon graduating high school.

At his best Warren is driven, efficient, and reliable. At his worst, he becomes overstressed, irritable, and overly self-critical. He will try to push himself far past healthy limits because he feels slowing down means falling behind. He struggles with delegating work or admitting when he needs help. finds himself completely overstressed and at the edge of burnout.

Warren grew up in a middle class household with parents who strongly valued education and long-term planning. Well not forced into excellence. He had the idea early on that success was something you earned through constant effort. Around his freshman year of high school, Warren began pushing himself harder than ever loading up on advanced skills and extracurriculars to stand out academically.

Warren's first trip to the digital world happened late one evening after rehearsal for the school play. Exhausted and irritated that practice had run long. He took his usual shortcut home through an empty pedestrian underpass. While checking notes on his phone, the signal abruptly cut out the screen glitching into unfamiliar symbols when he looked up the concrete walls had dissolved into glowing signs in a thick woods.

Warren wandered for two days, hungry, thirsty and generally being forced to run from the various monsters he encountered. Warren eventually met a Burgermon family at a food stall. They offered Warren some food, water and a chance to rest. While there he learned that the family was in trouble as they ran out of their secret sauce. Warren learned that this key ingredient kept the stand popular with passing Digimon, and without it they couldn't fulfill several promised orders. Angry customers began shouting demanding their products be delivered.

Warren worked with the family to try and solve the problem. One of the key ingredients was a special spice traded by a travelling Veggiemon who did not come that morning. Warren set off with the youngest child Burgermon to go find Veggiemon.

Veggiemon had been captured by a group of Nanimon wanting him to sell them a unique protein powder. Warren distracted the Nanimon while Burgarmon managed to rescue Veggiemon. Ultimately, securing the missing ingredient. The pur returned to the stands heroes. At that moment Burgarmon announced that he wanted to leave the family business to travel and be a hero. Warren asked if he would travel with him as he searched for a way back to the human world. Upon Burgarmon’s agreement a digivice appeared which paired the two for life.

It took about two weeks but Warren and Burgarmon managed to join the organization as new recruits.
