Providing out hours engagement support
dx UK helped Co-op, a local supermarket chain, provide out of hour social engagement support as Co-op was overwhelmed with Covid questions. Responsibilities include engaging with all BAU & campaign conversation and driving positive sentiment while tapping into trend words.

Online Consultation
70% of Generali deals in Poland is done via face-to-face meetings between agents and consumers.
With social distancing, dentsu X along with isobar and i-prospect helps to build an online consultation platform for Generali agents to close deals with their customers.

The HR program assigns new employees to work for 3 month each at google, dentsu X and Loblaw to practically know the digital business at client side and media side. This also aims to retain employees with this distinctive HR program.

To improve collaboration and work processes with Reckitt Benckiser, dx Italy team introduced Care Mess, a real time automated reporting system served on SharePoint. Drastically reduced time spent on reporting from 1.3 days to 2.5h. which save team costs. TRR dramatically improved from 4 to 9 by building a client trust .

PVM Dashboard
Weekly report and al planning process for PVM has been over lorded to dentsu X employees. To make the process seeming less as well as more transparency was he key to improve client relationship. Introducing open dashboard to share the update on realtime basis with the client.
