Head to Health can help you find digital mental health services from some of Australia’s most trusted mental health organisations.
Provided by the Australian Department of Health, Head to Health brings together apps, online programs, online forums, and phone services, as well as a range of digital information resources.
NewAccess
NewAccess is a free and confidential mental health program, developed by Beyond Blue and delivered by Wellways.
It's designed to support people 12 years and over who may be feeling stressed or overwhelmed about the challenges in life. Challenges can range from work or relationship issues to the distress associated with emergencies and disasters such as bushfire, drought or flood.

The program is available for people living in South Eastern NSW, from Helensburgh to the Victorian border, and across to Yass and the Snowy Mountains.
eheadspace
eheadspace is a confidential, free and secure space where young people 12 - 25 or their family can chat, email or speak on the phone with a qualified youth mental health professional. eheadspace can help with a broad range of issues like bullying, drug and alcohol issues, depression and anxiety, relationships, concerns about friends, fitting in and isolation. (Ages 12 to 25). We are open 9am – 1am, 7 days a week for a 1-on-1 chat.
Beyond Blue
We all have good days and bad days. Then there are those days when something isn't quite right, you've got something on your mind, or things just seem too much. Whatever it may be, sharing the load with someone else can really help. So no matter who you are, or how you're feeling, you can talk it through with us. Full Stop Australia
Our expert counsellors are all trauma specialists. This means they understand the impacts of violence. They can work with each person in the way that suits them best.Our counsellors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by telephone or online. We also provide face to face counselling at some women’s health centres in NSW.

VAHS have established a free and confidential counselling service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. Yarning SafeNStrong (YSNS) is available to people and families who need to have a yarn with someone about their wellbeing.

It is staffed by mental health professionals who will ask questions to determine if you or, the person you are concerned about, needs ongoing mental health care and how urgently it is needed.
Lifeline is a national charity providing all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention services.

Suicide Call Back Service is a national 24/7 telehealth provider that offers free professional phone and online counselling for people living in Australia.
QLife provides Australia-wide anonymous, LGBTI peer support and referral for people wanting to talk about a range of issues including sexuality, identity, gender, bodies, feelings or relationships.
e-couch
e-couch is a self-help interactive program with modules for depression, generalised anxiety & worry, social anxiety, relationship breakdown, and loss & grief.It provides evidence-based information and teaches strategies drawn from cognitive, behavioural and interpersonal therapies as well as relaxation and physical activity.
Our safe, supportive and moderated online community provides a great way for young people to connect with others, and share resources that are helpful to them.
There are weekly peer-moderated chats where young people can share tips and experiences with others.
