• Authorship of the Policy
• Related Documents that inform the Policy (Studies, Data, Official Statements)
• Date of Ratification
• Date for Review

Supporting Procedural Documentation including, but not limited to:

• Local Area Network (LAN) Description
• Internet Access Policy
• Computer Use Policy
• Social Media Use Policy
• Device Inventory
• Software Installation Procedure
• Request for Technical Assistance Procedure
• Computer Maintenance Schedules
• Scheduling Equipment Use Procedures
• Other Equipment Maintenance Schedules
