• Definition of the Policy's Audience
• Authorship of the Policy
• Related Documents that inform the Policy (Studies, Data, Official Statements)
• Date of Ratification
• Date for Review

Supporting Procedural Documentation including, but not limited to:

• Procedure for Preparing an Annual Budget Request Submission

• Budgeting Procedures for an Allocated Budget
• Current Annual Budget Proposal
• Past 5 Years' Budgets
• District or School Budget Policy
