A complete SLPPM will contain a glossary.

A glossary is an alphabetized dictionary of specialized words, acronyms and abbreviations and their definitions that are specific to the field of school librarianship. Including a glossary in a SLPPM promotes clear and concise communication and understanding by defining technical language for a readership that may have limited or no formal training in school librarianship. It also encourages the use of consistent language across the document.
