- Definition of the Policy's Audience
- Authorship of the Policy
- Related Documents that inform the Policy (Studies, Data, Official Statements)
- Date of Ratification
- Date for Review
Supporting Procedural Documentation including, but not limited to:
- Hours of Operations
- Password protected pages with Logins & Passwords
- Password protected Codes & Access List
- Password protected List of Key Holders & Access
- Daily Library Schedules or Weekly Rotations
- Bell Schedule
- School & District Calendars
- Library Personnel Direct Phone Numbers or Extensions
- Procedures for Obtaining Substitutes for Library Personnel
