standards/assessments/measures
management
responsibility
equity
- Definition of the Policy's Audience
- Authorship of the Policy
- Related Documents that inform the Policy (Studies, Data, Official Statements)
- Date of Ratification
- Date for Review
Supporting Procedural Documentation including, but not limited to:
- Supervision Responsibilities for Teacher Librarian
- A Copy of the Fixed and/or Flexible Instructional Schedule
- National and/or State Instructional & Student Learning Standards
- Library Instruction Scope & Sequence for K-12
- Library Curriculum Map
- Library Orientation Curriculum & Materials
- Inquiry Schedule/Curriculum Map for Grade-Level Classrooms
- District Approved Resources for Instruction
- Instruction Mandates (if applicable)
- Reading & Literacy Promotions, Celebrations & Programs
- Student Clubs & Camps
