Hebrew Prepositions

Hebrew has four main prepositions: (start here or video)

1. the prefix בְּ (in, at, by);

2. the prefix לְ (to, for);

3. the prefix כְּ (as, like); and

4. the preposition מִן, (from).

Many times a preposition is maqqefed to its object like עַד and עַל and אֶל (see chapter 6c here).
