COVID-19 Vaccine and Allergies

• We will not be providing the vaccine here, please contact your local health pharmacy or department.

• Everyone should get the COVID-19 vaccine but those with a history of allergy TO ANOTHER VACCINE or polyethylene glycol or polysorbate need a consult. Anyone with environment, food, or drug allergies should get the vaccine. Please make an appointment if you have further questions.

• We do not test for active COVID-19 infections at our office.

• If you have any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, Masks are REQUIRED. 

TELEHEALTH/TELEMEDICINE: If there is any chance you are too sick to come in and/or concerned with infecting other individuals, you may be a candidate for a telehealth visit with use of your video capable cell phone (or computer). This is typically reserved for Family Medicine patients. Copays still required.
