Interventions

Interventions in a school setting are often used to teach a new skill, build fluency in a skill, or apply a skill to a new setting. An intervention is formal and specific and is tracked to measure a student's progress. 

Types of Interventions at School:

1. One-on-one interventions

2. Classroom-based interventions

3. Collaborative interventions

4. Behavioral interventions

5. Homework interventions

To implement an intervention, a teacher must identify the goal that they wish to achieve.
