I created this survey to capture the learner's overall reaction and motivations towards the mini-course as a whole. I want to make sure that the course is relevant to my target audience, and for that reason added several items in the survey that I hope can capture that data. I created a section to also capture particular aspects regarding course materials and delivery (i.e, pace and length of the course). This can help me pinpoint things about the course I can maintain and areas I can improve on in later iterations. I decided to leave a final section for open-ended feedback, to give the learners a chance to share their thoughts openly about what they enjoyed about the course and any suggestions if any.
