Phototherapy continued, with persistent challenges and limited stability.

I stopped phototherapy.
Vitiligo relapsed, becoming another turning point.

I began to view vitiligo through the lens of autoimmunity and shifted toward observation, lifestyle reflection, and long-term structural understanding.
Photos documenting this transitional period.
These photos reflect changes after many years of persistence, reflection, and adaptation.
Photos documenting visible skin changes after long-term observation.
These are real photos of my body taken over 12 years.
They document the reality of living with vitiligo — a condition that can be difficult to treat, may recur, and often requires patience and resilience.
This is not a story of easy recovery.
It is a journey of learning, observing, adapting, and rediscovering myself over time.
In my e-book, I share:
The reality of long-term vitiligo management
Why relapse fear does not define my journey
What I observed over 12 years of change
How my understanding evolved beyond treatment-centered thinking
