Learn how CS-NRRM™ emerged
from a single 12-year personal archive,
after recovery had already occurred
and before any framework existed.
CS-NRRM originated from a single, continuous
12-year personal recovery archive recorded by its creator.
The recovery occurred first.
The model was structured later.
CS-NRRM was not designed as a theory.
It emerged as a structured interpretation
of lived experience observed over time.
Through long-term personal records,
recurring structural patterns became observable
without medical intervention, diagnosis, or treatment.
CS-NRRM was structured to describe these patterns
as they appeared naturally within a single personal journey.
Recovery came first.
Interpretation came later.
This order defines the origin of CS-NRRM™.
CS-NRRM™ (Changhun Shin Natural Recovery Pattern Model)
was created by Changhun Shin,
based on his 12-year personal recovery archive.
This archive records long-term, real-world observations
of how recovery-related changes appeared over time,
without clinical intervention or forced treatment.
At the time, there was no model, framework, or theory.
Only recovery as it unfolded naturally through daily life.
Through sustained observation,
a consistent recovery structure became observable.
Recovery did not appear through force or instant change,
but through stability of conditions and continuity over time.
Recovery was experienced as something that returns,
not something that is made.
This observed recovery flow was later described
as the K-Recovery concept.
The term was applied retrospectively
to explain the recovery structure observed within:
a Korean life context
long-term personal health tracking
continuity over time
K-Recovery is not a medical system
and not a treatment method.
It proposes no intervention, prescription,
or therapeutic action.
Based on the original recovery archive
and the retrospective K-Recovery concept,
CS-NRRM™ was later structured
as a non-medical structural interpretation framework.
Recovery came first.
Interpretation came later.
This order defines the origin of CS-NRRM™.
CS-NRRM™ provides no medical advice, diagnosis, treatment,
prescription, prediction, or effectiveness claims.
It is a non-medical structural interpretation
of observable states within a time-based personal record.
Not for clinical decision-making.
