This page defines the official authorization principles for organizations, institutions, and individuals who are granted licensed use of the CS-NRRM™ framework.
It serves as a reference for the official licensing status of authorized users and the operational boundaries governing licensed implementation.
The CS-NRRM™ licensing framework does not restrict public access to information.
Instead, it governs the authorized use of the CS-NRRM™ framework for structural interpretation, commercial implementation, enterprise collaboration, and other licensed activities.
Public access allows users to:
Read official documentation
Learn the CS-NRRM™ framework
Reference official publications with proper attribution
Share official public resources
Public access does not grant interpretive authority or licensed implementation rights.
Licensed use may apply to:
Authorized structural interpretation
Approved research collaboration
Enterprise implementation
Commercial licensing
Official partnership projects
Licensed use is governed exclusively through the official CS-NRRM™ licensing framework.
At present, Level 2 and Level 3 licensed interpretation services are undergoing refinement and are not currently in operation.
Accordingly:
No licensed users are currently designated.
No public licensing applications are being accepted.
Future licensed users will be announced through the official CS-NRRM™ website.
The scope of licensed use, authorization boundaries, and future licensing categories will continue to evolve as the CS-NRRM™ framework develops.
All licensing decisions are governed by the official CS-NRRM™ licensing policies published on this website.
