Level 3 — Time-Flow Interpretation License

Level 3 allows reviewed time-flow interpretation of structural patterns across recorded periods,

without medical meaning, diagnosis, or outcome claims. 

This level requires:

• Formal approval by the creator

• Case-by-case authorization

• Strict adherence to non-medical boundaries

Level 3 may include:

• Time-sequence structural analysis

• Descriptive trend interpretation

Level 3 does NOT allow:

• Medical prediction

• Guarantees of recovery

• Clinical or therapeutic conclusions

Level 3 remains a non-medical structural interpretation framework,

with authorization granted solely by the creator.

Interpretation Authority:

All CS-NRRM™ Level 2–3 interpretations are conducted exclusively under creator authorization (license).
