This level requires:

• Formal approval by the creator

• Case-by-case authorization

• Strict adherence to non-medical boundaries

Level 3 may include:

• Time-sequence structural analysis

• Descriptive trend interpretation

Level 3 does NOT allow:

• Medical prediction

• Guarantees of recovery

• Clinical or therapeutic conclusions

Level 3 remains a structural interpretation framework.

Only the creator may grant Level 3 authorization.
