CS-NRRM is original intellectual property owned entirely
by its creator, Changhun Shin.
Unauthorized use, reinterpretation, or derivative creation is prohibited.

This document defines the intellectual property ownership, legal protections,
and enforceable rights associated with CS-NRRM.
It operates under the Official Declaration
and works alongside the Interpretation Boundary
to protect the model from unauthorized use, expansion, or misrepresentation.
CS-NRRM (Changhun Shin Natural Recovery Pattern Model)
is original intellectual property created and owned entirely by:

The model is derived from:
a single, long-term personal recovery archive
original structural interpretation logic
creator-defined terminology and framework design
No part of CS-NRRM is public-domain property.
The following components are explicitly protected intellectual property:
The name CS-NRRM and its full designation
Structural interpretation logic and framework design
Core definitions and boundary language
Licensing tier structure (Level 0–3)
Interpretation rules and access conditions
Educational, explanatory, and reference materials
Protection applies to textual, structural, and conceptual forms,
not only literal wording.
CS-NRRM is protected under:
Korean Intellectual Property Law
International Copyright Treaties
Creator-defined licensing and usage conditions
Unauthorized reproduction, reinterpretation, or redistribution
may constitute an intellectual property violation.
The following actions are strictly prohibited without explicit permission:
Creating derivative or similar models
Repackaging CS-NRRM structure under a different name
Claiming independent authorship of CS-NRRM-based frameworks
Translating or modifying CS-NRRM materials without authorization
Embedding CS-NRRM logic into other systems or services
Similarity in structure or logic, not only wording,
may be considered infringement.
When CS-NRRM is referenced in permitted contexts,
the following attribution is mandatory:
“CS-NRRM by Changhun Shin”
Attribution must be:
clear
visible
unambiguous
Failure to attribute correctly constitutes misuse.
All usage beyond basic informational access
is governed by the CS-NRRM licensing framework.
Licenses are defined and approved only by the creator
No third party may issue, interpret, or modify licenses
Informal permission or assumption of allowance is invalid
