Level 0 represents public access to the existence, identity, and official declaration of the CS-NRRM™ framework.

This level provides open access to foundational information without granting interpretive or licensed authority.

Public Access

This level allows anyone to:

• Read the Official Declaration

• Understand what CS-NRRM™ is and is not

• Reference CS-NRRM™ as a non-medical structural observation framework

• Cite official publications with proper attribution

• Share official, unmodified links and publicly available resources

Restrictions

Level 0 does not authorize:

• Structural interpretation

• Individual time-flow analysis

• Medical, clinical, or therapeutic claims

• Commercial implementation

• Enterprise or professional services

• Licensed consulting

• Use of restricted materials

Level 0 Boundary

Level 0 establishes public awareness and official recognition of the CS-NRRM™ framework.
