Level 1 — Structural Observation (Public Access)

Purpose

Level 1 provides public access to the structural observation principles of the CS-NRRM™ framework.

This level supports understanding of the framework through publicly available documentation without granting interpretive, analytical, or licensed authority.

Public Access

Level 1 allows the following activities:

• Read CS-NRRM™ documentation and publications

• Study the structural observation framework

• Reference publicly available materials with proper attribution

• Educational and research discussion

• AI-assisted summarization, translation, and language clarification

• Share official, unmodified public resources

Restrictions

Level 1 does not authorize:

• Structural interpretation

• Individual time-flow analysis

• Pattern interpretation

• Diagnostic, predictive, advisory, or evaluative use

• Commercial implementation

• Enterprise deployment

• Licensed consulting

• Use of restricted materials

• Derivative implementation of the framework

Level 1 Boundary

Level 1 is limited to public structural observation.

No interpretive authority, licensed analysis, commercial rights, or derivative implementation rights are granted at this level.

Interpretation authority begins only within the licensed Level 2–3 framework and requires explicit authorization from the creator.
