Inquiries That Will Not Be Answered

The following types of inquiries will not receive a response:

Preliminary Record-Organization Inquiries

For non-medical record-organization inquiries, please describe the types of records, their approximate volume and time span, and what you would like help organizing.

Possible tasks include arranging records by date, identifying gaps in the available records, and preserving source references. Organizing photographs concerns dates and source references, not medical interpretation of image content.

Please provide a general description only. Do not submit sensitive personal information, original private records, or private image links at this stage.

Submitting an inquiry does not confirm acceptance of a project or create a service agreement. Any scope, fees, and timeline would be discussed separately after an initial review.
