Level 2 — Structural Interpretation (License Required)

Level 2 permits limited, creator-authorized structural interpretation
within clearly defined CS-NRRM™ boundaries.

This level applies only to descriptive structural observation
based on existing records,
and does not extend to time-flow analysis or medical meaning.

Requirements for Level 2 Access

Level 2 requires all of the following:

• Explicit approval by the creator
• Formal agreement to non-medical interpretation limits
• Use restricted to descriptive, condition-based structural observation only

What Level 2 May Include

• Structural labeling of observable states
• Organization of recurring structural features
• Comparison within the same personal archive
(no cross-case or generalized comparison)

What Level 2 Does NOT Allow

• Prediction or outcome forecasting
• Medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic interpretation
• Time-flow analysis (past–future progression or directionality)
• Generalization beyond the original personal archive

Interpretation Authority

Structural interpretation authority begins at CS-NRRM™ Level 2
and exists only within explicit, creator-approved licensing.

Any extension beyond this scope is not permitted.
