At this time, Level 2 is not available for public access, licensing, or operational use.

Upon official release, Level 2 is intended to provide a fixed structural interpretation within the non-medical and non-clinical boundaries of the CS-NRRM™ framework.
The planned scope is limited to descriptive structural interpretation based on existing observational records.
Level 2 is not intended to include:
Time-flow analysis
Directional interpretation
Predictive assessment
Medical or clinical conclusions
Therapeutic recommendations

Level 2 is currently being refined to improve its documentation, operational consistency, licensing framework, and governance.
The scope, operational procedures, and licensing policies may be revised prior to official release.

No public access is available.
No licensing applications are being accepted.
No interpretation services are currently provided.
Future availability will be announced through the official CS-NRRM™ website.
