The volleyball team is on fire! The Lady Devils have cruised to an undefeated record throughout the entire Laurel Highland Athletic Conference (LHAC) regular schedule. An exhilarating come-from-behind win against crosstown rival Bishop Carroll in their final regular season match put the finishing touches on a masterful undefeated season so far. The Lady Devils are currently 18-0. The LHAC championship game was Thursday, October 24, and the Lady Devils beat rival Cambria Heights for the second time this season, officially winning the title of LHAC champions. The Lady Devils will put their undefeated season on the line yet again next week, as the District VI playoffs begin on Tuesday. The Lady Devils will take on the winner of Bellwood-Antis and Penns Valley in a home match starting at 7pm. With a victory in that quarterfinal match, the Lady Devils will advance to the semifinals on Thursday and, if all goes well, the District VI Championship game on Saturday, November 2.
