My background is in computer science and data science, the AlphaFold revolution pushed me to pursue the biological sciences!
During my internship I gained skills in: De novo protein design (RFdiffusion3, LigandMPNN, Boltz-2); metalloenzyme active-site design (heme-B coordination, transition-state scaffolding); HPC/GPU job orchestration on SGE; Python pipeline development; PyMOL structural analysis; protein expression, purification, and GC-based activity assays; bridging computational design with wet-lab validation.
Future plans: I hope to pursue graduate studies in the amazing field of protein design and engineering!
