My name is Miku and I have a BS in Biology. I am currently in the Robinson Lab at UCSF where we focus on studying the underlying mechanisms of developmental diseases. I have learned valuable skills such as RT-qPCR, stem cell culture, cell viability assays, and fluorescent microscopy. After the internship program, I plan on staying to continue developing wet-lab skills and eventually pursue a graduate degree that relates to biomedical research.
