Article 1 

Each Contracting State agrees that neither the celebration nor the dissolution of a marriage between one of its national and an alien, nor the change of nationality by the husband during marriage shall, automatically affect the nationality of the wife. 

Artículo 1 

Cada Estado contratante conviene en que ni la celebración ni la disolución del matrimonio entre uno de sus nacionales y una extranjera, ni el cambio de nacionalidad del marido durante el matrimonio, afectarán automáticamente a la nacionalidad de la esposa.

The Governments undertake, when the case arises, and within legal limits, to have the declarations taken of women or girls of foreign nationality who are prostitutes, in order to establish their identity and civil status, and to discover who have caused them to leave their country. The information obtained shall be communicated to the authorities of the country of origin of the said women or girls, with a view to their eventual repatriation. 

Los Gobiernos se comprometen, llegado el caso y dentro de los límites legales, a hacer tomar declaración a las mujeres o muchachas de nacionalidad extranjera que ejerzan la prostitución, con el fin de establecer su identidad y su estado civil, y de descubrir quiénes han sido los causantes de su salida del país. La información obtenida se comunicará a las autoridades del país de origen de dichas mujeres o niñas, con vistas a su eventual repatriación.

Las alteraciones de los textos y  gráficos de la versión electrónica de la Gaceta Oficial, que hubieran sido provocadas por violación de la página electrónica, deberan corregirse inmediatamente después que se tenga conocimiento del hecho, sin mediar tramite alguno.

The alterations of the texts and graphics of the electronic version of the Official Gazette, which have been caused by a violation of the electronic page, must be corrected immediately upon knowledge of the fact, without any procedure being required.
