Renewal

Eagles fly, glide and soar;

and carve lakes with their roar.

The rough plains become home

and the clay becomes loam.

And the stars rise through the night

And the moon shines with delight

With God's grace and His might,

Trees stretch though the wind

and the winter starts to end.

Through the shadows of night

there is dawn of light

that will sweep away our plight.

Soon winter will peel away

Spring will come our way

Bitterness will change to being merry

and the soft whisper of a breeze will tarry.

But warm Jesus, He is always there;

He is permanent.

He is in the land, sea, and air;

He cannot be bent.

So while winter and spring come and go

Trust God with your joys and woes.
