Business English at Your Fingertips is designed to provide teachers with maximum flexibility in course preparation. Instructors may choose a single thematic module to complement their own materials and address specific student needs, or they may build an entire course around three or four modules, depending on whether the course is 45 or 60 hours in length.

Scenario 1: 45 hours/3 thematic modules
Scenario 1: 45 hours/3 thematic modules
This scenario includes three modules, with most Moodle activities completed in the classroom or lab. To ensure students actively develop the required communication skills, at least half of these activities should take place in class or lab settings.
In this scenario, each thematic module is designed to span four weeks: three weeks devoted to Moodle activities, followed by one week dedicated to the VR experience.
For instructors who wish to cover three modules while allowing more time for their own course content, some Moodle activities can be assigned as homework to accelerate progress. In this adapted schedule, a module can be completed in three weeks — two weeks for Moodle activities and one week for the VR experience.
***Remember to allow time for students to complete the VR Appropriation Scene the week before their first VR thematic experience to ensure they are familiar with wearing the headset using the controller, and performing communication tasks.
