Onboarding Process,
To ensure consistency, compliance, and a smooth employee experience, please follow the below Standard Onboarding Process for all new hires at BloomchemAG Pvt. Ltd.
1. Candidate Selection
Once the candidate is finalized, issue the Offer Letter.
Collect acceptance and confirm the Date of Joining.
2. KYC Documentation
Obtain and verify the following documents:
Aadhaar Card (masked)
PAN Card
Recent Photograph
Current Address Proof
Bank Details
Any other statutory documents, if applicable
Maintain one hard copy in the employee file and ensure digital records are securely stored.
3. Educational Document Verification
Collect copies of all educational certificates and mark sheets.
Cross-check details for authenticity.
Keep verified copies in the employee personal file.
4. Employment Verification / BGV
Conduct background verification by sending an official email to the previous organization.
Where required, complete a verification call with the previous employer/manager.
File the verification email and response in the employee record for future reference.
5. Additional Process for Blue-Collar Roles
For support staff, security, housekeeping, drivers, etc.:
Collect all KYC documents mandatorily.
Complete online police verification before or immediately after joining.
Conduct telephonic verification with the previous employer whenever required.
Ensure all documents and verification records are properly filed.
6. Employee File Management
Create a personal file for every employee containing:
KYC documents
Educational proofs
BGV records
Offer & Appointment letters
Any statutory declarations
Proper documentation must be maintained for audit readiness and internal compliance.
All HR and Admin team members are requested to adhere strictly to this process with immediate effect.
