General Guidelines

• Holidays falling on weekends will not be substituted with an additional working day off unless specifically notified by Management.
  
  

• Employees required to work on a declared holiday due to business exigencies may be eligible for compensatory off, subject to prior approval.
  
  

• Any regional or state-specific holiday may be considered based on operational requirements and management approval.
  
  

• This holiday list is applicable for the calendar year 2026 only and may be amended by the Management if required due to statutory or business reasons.
