16. Dress Code and Professional Appearance
At BloomchemAG Pvt. Ltd., employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance that reflects the Company’s image and culture. The dress code is business formal / smart casual, depending on designated office days, client meetings, or special events.
General Guidelines (Applicable to All Employees)
Professionalism: Clothing should be clean, neat, and appropriate for a corporate environment.
Personal Grooming: Employees are expected to maintain good personal hygiene, neat hairstyles, and professional grooming standards.
Accessories and Fragrances: Minimal, non-distracting jewelry or accessories are allowed. Strong perfumes or fragrances should be avoided to respect colleagues.
Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are preferred; flip-flops or overly casual footwear are not permitted on office premises.
Specific Guidelines for Male Employees
Business formal attire: Suit, shirt, tie, and formal trousers.
Smart casual: Collared shirts or formal polo shirts with trousers or chinos (on non-client-facing days).
Jeans or casual t-shirts are only permitted on designated casual Fridays or office events approved by management.
Specific Guidelines for Female Employees
Business formal attire: Saree, formal salwar kameez, or western business suits (trousers or skirts with formal blouse/shirt).
Smart casual: Kurti with trousers, formal skirts or dresses with professional length (knee-length or below).
Avoid overly casual or revealing outfits, including shorts, tank tops, or ripped jeans, unless explicitly allowed for casual events.
Client-Facing Days and Official Events
On days involving client meetings, presentations, or external interactions, all employees must wear business formal attire.
Any deviation from the dress code must be approved by the immediate reporting manager.
Compliance and Enforcement
