Leave Policy

1. Earned Leave (EL)
Employees will be entitled to 1.5 Earned Leaves (EL) per month.
Earned Leave will be credited on a monthly basis.
Unused EL can be carried forward month-on-month and year-on-year.
Earned Leave will be encashable at the end of the calendar year, as per company norms and approval.
2. Sick Leave (SL)
Employees will be entitled to 1 Sick Leave (SL) per quarter (Total 4 SL per year).
Sick Leave is not carry-forwardable.
Unused SL will lapse at the end of each quarter.
SL cannot be carried forward to the next quarter or the next year.
3. General Conditions
Leave must be applied and approved in advance, except in cases of medical emergency.
Leave approval will be subject to reporting manager’s discretion and business requirements.
Leave balance details will be maintained by the HR department.
