APPOINTMENT LETTER

Dear Candidate,
With reference to your application and subsequent interview, we are pleased to appoint you as Receptionist at BloomchemAG Pvt. Ltd. with effect from 3 September 2025.
The terms and conditions of your appointment are as follows:
1. Compensation and Reward System
BloomchemAG Pvt. Ltd. shall pay during the continuance of your employment an Annual Cost to Company (CTC) of INR _________ (Rupees __________ Only).
The figure shall not include reimbursements, allowances, leave pay, or any other emoluments in force. Compensation is confidential between you and the Company.
You are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding your compensation structure.
The salary terms may be revised in the year 2026 depending upon your performance throughout the year.
All other terms and conditions of employment remain unchanged unless otherwise amended in writing.
2. Employing Company

3. Place of Work
Noida Sector 135, ABC Business Tower, Uttar Pradesh
The Company reserves the right to transfer you to any of its branches or associated offices as per business requirements.
4. Working Hours
You are required to devote sufficient time to your duties as per Company policy. Working hours may be varied at the discretion of the Company with reasonable notice and in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Probationary Period
Your employment is subject to a probation period of six (6) months from the date of joining.
During probation, services may be terminated by either side by giving one (1) day’s written notice. No salary or traveling allowance shall be payable during the training-cum-probation period if terminated within this duration.
6. Salary & Payment Terms
Salary will be payable on a monthly basis, subject to applicable taxes and statutory deductions.
Salary is generally processed between the 7th and 10th of each month.
Salary and incentives are subject to attendance and HR software records.
Incentives are not payable during the notice period.
Discretionary allowances may be revised, reduced, or withdrawn as per Company policy.
7. Discretionary Incentive
You may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award annually at the absolute discretion of the Company and subject to applicable policy terms.
8. Statutory and Other Benefits
You will be eligible for statutory benefits in accordance with applicable Indian laws including:
Provident Fund
Gratuity (as per Gratuity Act)
Applicable statutory benefits
The Company reserves the right to amend policies and benefits from time to time.
9. Notice Period
Either party may terminate employment by giving 30 days’ written notice.
During probation, notice period shall be 15 days.
Failure to serve the notice period will require payment equivalent to:
30 days’ salary (for confirmed employees)
15 days’ salary (for probation employees)
The Company reserves the right to waive or reduce the notice period at its sole discretion.
10. Leave Policy
No leaves are allotted during the initial three months from joining.
All leave requests must be approved and updated in HR software.
11. Data Privacy
The Company may process employee information for legal, administrative, and operational purposes.
This includes storing, handling, and sharing information with authorized third parties such as banks, auditors, insurers, consultants, vendors, or regulatory authorities as required.
The Company may monitor official communication systems (email, internet, telephone) in accordance with applicable laws and Company policies.
12. Confidentiality
During and after employment, you must not disclose confidential information, trade secrets, or proprietary information of the Company or its clients.
Any breach of confidentiality may result in disciplinary action or termination.
13. Termination Clause
Employment may be terminated due to:
Violation of Company policies
Misconduct or unethical behavior
Non-performance
Data theft or misuse of Company property
Drug or alcohol possession at workplace
Excessive absenteeism
Casual or negligent approach toward assigned duties
The Company reserves full discretion in determining disciplinary action.
14. Sales Targets (Applicable Only for Sales Profiles)
Minimum 3X revenue target based on monthly CTC.
Salary payout may be prorated based on business performance.
Salary is directly proportional to achieved targets during initial three months.
Attendance and HR software records will determine final payout.
Employee Acceptance
I confirm that I have read and understood all terms and conditions of employment and agree to abide by them.
