Policy Terms & Conditions

1. Maternity Leave Duration

Employees are entitled to maternity leave in line with company policy and applicable statutory provisions. The leave will commence from the date the employee begins her maternity absence.

2. Commitment to Continue Employment

To avail maternity leave, the employee must sign an agreement confirming her commitment to continue employment with BloomchemAG for a minimum period of two (2) years from the date of rejoining post-maternity leave.

Note: The company reserves the right to discontinue employment due to performance-related concerns, if any, notwithstanding this commitment.

3. Reimbursement Clause

In the event an employee voluntarily resigns or discontinues employment within two (2) years of rejoining after maternity leave, the company reserves the right to recover the total salary paid during the maternity leave period.

4. Security Measure – Post-Dated Cheque

As a safeguard, the employee availing maternity leave will be required to provide a post-dated cheque equivalent to the salary payable for the maternity leave period. This cheque shall remain in the company’s custody and will only be utilised in the event the reimbursement clause (Clause 3) is triggered.

5. Acknowledgement and Consent

Employees availing maternity leave will be required to sign this policy document along with a formal agreement, acknowledging and consenting to the above conditions.

The organization deeply values the contributions of its employees and remains committed to providing necessary support during maternity periods while ensuring mutual accountability.
