Employee Grievance Redressal Policy – BloomchemAG
This is to formally introduce the Employee Grievance Redressal Policy of BloomchemAG. The purpose of this policy is to provide a structured and transparent mechanism for employees to raise workplace concerns in a fair, confidential, and timely manner.
1. Objective
BloomchemAG is committed to maintaining a healthy, professional, and respectful work environment. This policy ensures that any employee concern related to workplace behavior, management practices, compensation issues, harassment, discrimination, or policy interpretation is addressed systematically.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all full-time employees of BloomchemAG across departments and locations.
3. Grievance Reporting Process
Employees may raise grievances through the following channels:
Direct reporting to the Immediate Reporting Manager
Escalation to the HR Department
Written complaint via official email to HR
The grievance should clearly mention:
Nature of concern
Date(s) of occurrence
Individuals involved (if applicable)
Supporting details or documents
4. Investigation & Resolution
HR will acknowledge the complaint within 3 working days.
A fair and impartial review will be conducted.
Confidentiality will be strictly maintained throughout the process.
Resolution or corrective action will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Protection Against Retaliation
BloomchemAG strictly prohibits retaliation against any employee who raises a genuine concern in good faith. Any act of retaliation will invite disciplinary action.
6. False or Malicious Complaints
If a complaint is found to be intentionally false or malicious, appropriate disciplinary action may be initiated.
This policy is effective immediately and forms part of the company’s official employment framework. Employees are encouraged to raise concerns responsibly and contribute towards maintaining a transparent and positive workplace culture.
