On the 25th of March, there was the next cascading training course. I was very glad that I introduced untraditional methods of teaching English. Thanks a lot to our trainer Saodat, she tried to help us to increase our knowledge. The theme of the lesson was ''Giving clear instructions''. We watched two videos about giving clear instructions for forming groups and a teacher talked about managing activities. Our trainer introduced us to Movable class: how to class - manage for more active and healthful lessons. I agree that a traditional classroom is very boring, with students sitting still and listening. I will plan to use the basic elements of the movable activities in my lessons step by step, in a way that's comfortable for me and my students. I believe by using movable class methods, I will use more group work and do so more effectively. I think I will have more fun.
Reflection.
In my opinion, before you start giving your instructions, make sure you have everyone's attention. You should wait until all the students stop talking, are calm, and are ready to listen. Instructions must be kept as simple as possible and they must be logical. All in all, being clear is the best way to reduce the possibility of interruptions. Producing well- delivered instructions teachers will help all sorts of students - from attentive to more dispersive ones. From my point of view, this is the most important quest of a teacher.
