Create I have learned Principal 1: Know your learners. Best practice 1. Teachers collect information about their learners. Best practice 2. Teachers plan lessons to collect and use information about learners. Principal 2: Create conditions for language learning. Best practice 1. Teachers create a positive and organized classroom where students feel happy and comfortable. Best practice 2. Teachers demonstrate that they have high expectations of all students. I introduced the Fluency line, Scavenger Hunt, Jigsaw and Personal inventory activities. Reflection. I used the Fluency Line activity in my lesson with the 3rd- grade pupils. This activity lifted up the mood of the class and helped me to make a friendly warm English atmosphere. Students wanted to talk and this engaging activity provided everyone with an equal speaking opportunity. Step by step: 1. I prepared 1-3 questions (depending on the level of my class)related to the topic of the lesson.2. I wrote my questions on the board and had the students read them chorally. 3. I told my students to stand up and form two lines facing each other.4. I gave them 1 minute to talk to their partner in front of them about the questions on the board.5. I set a timer and let students carry out the activity. I walked around to monitor and assist if necessary. 6. When the timer went off, I told the students , ,,Good job , everyone! Now return to your seats.''
