Go through client emails and communicate to your client about any conerns that needs to be addressed
Respond to customer SMS/emails about any questions they may have about our service
Send booking confirmations and move reminders
Track all bookings/CRM Management
Upload all bookings to CRM. This will help our company and our clients check sales conversion
Be on top of updating lead tagging and doing necessary follow-ups on customers
Lead Sourcing
Ensure to check on lead source subscriptions your clients have like Oneflare, Hipages, Find a mover, Muval etc. (May differ depending on the client)
Ensure to send quote to potential costumers and do necessary follow up
Calendar Management
Upload bookings on client calendar whether confirmed or pencil booked
Ensure that all confirmed bookings have important details such as (Move date and time, Pick-up and drop off address, location access details (Lift, parking stairs etc), Deposit details
