PDwise - Adding Opportunity

Leads that came from other lead sourcing sites such as Hipages and Oneflare need to be entered from EZYmoves website as we don't input opportunities directly from PDwise. One of the features of PDwise is it can be linked to your business website to track move inquiries

To add an opportunity in PDWise, follow these steps: 

1. From your browser access https://www.ezymove.com.au/instant-quote/ 

2. Enter the current address and the moving address. Select "Set date and time now" from the schedule date and time drop down then enter the customer's moving date and preferred time then click next to proceed

3. On the next page chose the customer's property type for both current address and moving address then click next to proceed

4. Choose the appropriate access on the current and moving address (Stairs or lift) and click on the furnishing dropdown and choose furnishing type, the bedroom drop down to choose how man bedrooms and lastly the living area to choose how may living area. Tick the boxes on other rooms and special items if specified on the customer's inquiry

5. For the final step. Fill out the contact deatils with the customer's information and the list of items they will be moving. You may also add photos submitted by the customer tick the radio button from the terms and conditions then click "Submit" to save

6. After submitting the move inquiry from instant quote, go to PDwise to check on opportunity, make sure to clear all filters to make it easier for you to fin the job request. You may find the contact by
