How to create notes in HubSpot:
From your HubSpot homepage choose the customer profile you'd like to update and click their name to expand their profile.
On the customer's profile, click go to the "Notes" tab and click on the "Create Note" button. A note box will pop up and from there you can type in the note you'd like to leave on the customer's account. Click the "Create note" button once done
