If the customer answers:

If the customer does not answer:

Please give us a call back at [Your Phone Number] or reply to this message at your convenience. I’ve also sent you an email with some additional information. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!"
Follow-up Email 1:

If the customer still does not answer:

Third Follow-Up
